2. Bespoke Orders & Handcrafted Nature

Each NINEOX creation is an authentic artisanal achievement. Natural variations in hand-spun silk texture, hand-loom zari slubs, hand-dye variations, and needlework subtleties are the hallmarked signatures of authentic Indian craftsmanship rather than defects.

• Bridal & Haute Couture Lead Times: Custom-embroidered lehengas and bespoke sherwanis require 3 to 6 weeks for weaving, zardozi needlework, and multi-stage fitting.
• Measurement Accuracy: For bespoke orders, patrons are advised to consult our virtual stylist or provide exact tailored specifications. Complimentary alterations are provided on bespoke pieces.

3. Pricing, GST & Transparent Billing

All prices listed on the NINEOX digital boutique are in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India.

Every transaction is accompanied by an official, digital, printable GST Tax Invoice detailing item HSN codes, IGST/CGST/SGST breakdowns, and order timestamps. We honor all stated promo codes during designated celebratory campaign periods.

We are dedicated to your complete sartorial delight. We offer a simple, frictionless return and exchange policy:

• 7-Day Return Window: Ready-to-wear shirts, kurtas, and standard sarees can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
• Bespoke Bridal Pieces: Custom-made bridal lehengas and tailored bandhgalas are non-returnable but include complimentary atelier alterations.
• Prompt Refunds: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 3-5 business days of inspection.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

The NINEOX brand name, geometric bull insignia crest, proprietary weave patterns, editorial photography, lookbooks, copy, and web design are the exclusive intellectual property of NINEOX Luxury Couture LLP. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under the Indian Copyright Act and international trademark treaties.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to transactions on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
